Senior Strides Weekly Walking Group

We will be working with the Gilford Youth Center to offer a weekly walking program for Senior Citizens at the Youth Center.

Day: Wednesdays, beginning December 2nd 

Times: 9:00-10:00 a.m.

Location: Gilford Youth Center gym

Additional Info: 

  • All Participants should wear a mask that should be worn throughout the program.  
  • All Participants should plan to bring their own water bottle, as water will not be provided.
  • Chairs will be available, spaced 6 feet apart where participants can rest as needed.
  • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant will be available.
