NOTICE OF SESSION, SUPERVISORS OF THE CHECKLIST-- GILFORD
Gilford Supervisors will hold Session Tuesday, October 27, 2020, 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Gilford Town Hall, 47 Cherry Valley Rd., Supervisors/Trustees Office across from the Town Clerk’s Office. Pending registrations, updates, and removals to the Checklist will be considered at this time, and the public may visit with new registrations, questions or changes to Voter Records. No additions or corrections shall be made to the checklist after this session, until Election Day, except as provided in RSA 659:12.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month.

The Gilford Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to hold a public hearing to consider the following application(s):
1. Laurence & Sharon Roth – Applicants are requesting a Variance from Article 5, Section 5.1.4, to construct a 7’ x 13’ addition to the existing deck with a side setback of approximately 17.7 feet where a minimum side setback of 25 feet is required; and from Article 6, Section 6.5.2, which requires a 50 foot buffer abutting a single-family use in a residential zone. The property is located at Timber Bay Condominiums at 403 Weirs Road, Unit #3, on Tax Map & Lot #216-003.003 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone. Aquifer Protection District.
